Letter from the Director

Dear Coaches, Parents and Spectators:

We look forward to welcoming you to the Fifteenth Annual New Jersey
Scholastic Rowing Championship on Saturday, April 30, 2005. Please take a
moment to read the following information. I would highly recommend that
you read the Camden County Park Commission-Cooper River Park Rules which
can be found on the NJSRC website www.njrowing.org.

1. All spectators are asked to access the course using Bishop Eustace Prep
off of Route 70. There will be no access to North Park Drive from Cuthbert
Blvd. Discounted parking for spectators will be provided at Bishop Eustace Prep
(follow the signs and look for parking attendants). Free shuttle bus service will be provided
between Bishop Eustace and the racecourse. Curbside parking on both sides of
North Park Drive will be reserved for team buses only and cars parked in these areas
will be ticketed. Handicapped parking will be available on the lot to the
right of the tent area (when facing the river).

2. Schools and parent groups are not allowed to drive their trailers on
the grass to designated tent area. All tents, equipment and grills must
be carried in from curbside (suggest bringing a cart or wagon) You are
allowed to set up your tents anytime after 3:00 PM on Friday. Please park
your food trailers and team trucks on North Park Drive between the staging
area and Donahue Avenue.

3. You are allowed to cook for your teams, but you can't sell food or
drink to the public. Please use the utmost care when using a grill.
Properly dispose of coals and waste after you are finished.

4. Please leave your area as you found it. It is your responsibility to
properly dispose of trash. If you need extra garbage bags come to the
finish line and we will provide them for you.

5. No tent shall be within 100 feet of the finish line. All tents must be
50 feet from the banks of the river. You cannot set up tents on the ball
fields. No vehicles are permitted next to your tent you will be towed by
the park police.

6. North Park Drive will reopen after the last race of the regatta.
